This quary lists all Residents in the facility. 

1. From this list select the Resident you wish to survey
2. The Residents Individual Worksheet will be displayed and check the Check To Activate for Survey check box.  This will place that person in your Survey list. 

Please Note that non of the Facility staff see this entry field nor the Survey Section.
