The BlueStep platform is a set of tools which allow websites and dynamic web applications to be created in an online development environment.  One of these tools, Relate, is the primary focus of this documentation.  Relate allows complex web applications to be built and modified quickly and in real-time.  Development is done in-place without downtime or deployment processes.  This is much like building an airplane in-flight.  Once more to be clear, this area documents the tools, not the many applications and websites that have been built using these tools.
