The Admin Reports section provides a series of report designed for the Unit Administrator. This section provides the management tools to keep the user up to date with current information and allow maximum oversight in a minimum time frame. This section places maximum attention on those items requiring attention.
The reports included in this section are listed below:
- CBS/IMS Criminal History Information
- This is a list of all staff listing the information for the required report and is printable for submission.
- Daily Administration Report
- This Report provides a review of events in your facility that occur on a daily basis and provide trackin of Incidents, Admisssion, Clinical & Special Care Issues, Consultants Review Due, Repairs/Comments and Staff issues.
- Mailing List - Staff
- A list of all staff for mailing.
- Payment Type (All Medicare, Medicaid, VA, CHAMPUS, Self, Payment Types)
- Lists all payment type in the facility
- PM - Incompleted Tasks.
- A listing of all PM and Life Safety items not completed to date.
- Time Card Previous Week
- Timecards (Reports for All, agency, full time, part time, etc. Rep)
- Weekly Department Hours (Monday - Sunday)
- Summary of Timecard Hours by Department
